Tarhana

Our homemade Tarhana brings the deep-rooted culture of Anatolia to your table. This nutritious soup is prepared through the long-term fermentation of yogurt, fresh vegetables, and high-quality flour, making it an essential dish for the winter months. Our Tarhana is dried using traditional natural methods and carefully sifted to maintain its authentic flavor. It is very practical to prepare; simply dissolve it in a little cold water, then add hot water or broth and cook. You can serve it with a butter and mint sauce if desired.
