Description
Homemade tarhana prepared with traditional Anatolian method, completely natural.
Made with fresh tomatoes, red peppers, onion, garlic and full-fat yogurt, sun-dried without any additives. Through natural fermentation, its aroma and nutritional value reach their peak.
Preparation: Dissolve 2-3 tablespoons of tarhana in 1 liter of water, stir and bring to a boil. Serve with mint and red pepper flakes sautéed in butter.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, red peppers, onion, garlic, yogurt, flour, salt, mint.
