Afiyetse is a global marketplace connecting sellers and buyers of handmade and homemade products. The platform only brings sellers and buyers together; purchase and delivery processes take place between the parties via WhatsApp.

2. User Responsibilities

Registered users confirm that the information they provide is accurate and up to date. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions and prices. The platform is not a party to disputes between sellers and buyers.

3. Product Approval Process

All products added to the platform are reviewed by an administrator before publication. Afiyetse reserves the right to reject products deemed inappropriate or in violation of the rules.

4. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected during registration (name, email, phone number) is used solely to provide platform services and is not shared with third parties. It is protected under the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).

5. Limitation of Liability

Afiyetse does not accept direct responsibility for the quality, safety, or delivery of products offered by sellers. The platform serves only as an intermediary marketplace.

6. Changes

Afiyetse may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be announced through the platform, and continued use of the platform by users implies acceptance of the updated terms.
